I sit where the business and the model meet. At Novartis Healthcare I run AI use-case delivery for Operations and Global Functions — scoping the requirement, choosing the platform, shipping it, and then defending the roadmap when everyone wants their feature first.

I started as a prompt engineering intern in 2024 and now serve as Specialist in APD AI Use Case Engineering, with deputy product ownership over two GxP-rated platforms. The through-line has been the same: adoption beats novelty, and compliance is a design constraint, not an afterthought.
